Freedesktop 1.6 runtime available

I just pushed the 1.6 freedesktop.org runtime to sdk.gnome.org.
This is the based on yocto 2.2, which is still getting security updates
from the yocto project. Main new things in gcc 6.2 and python3 3.5, but
there are a bunch of other updates too.

I've also changed the gnome unstable (nightly) sdk to use this, and it
seems to work.

Please test this!
