Mouse Pointer

With in the past 24 hours, I finally got Mint 18.x to running with no
issues on my hardware.

Currently running Mint Mate 18.3

Now... I have discovered Flatpak!!!

I have only installed one app so far.... Telegram.  It runs great.  Except
it is not using the mouse pointer I had selected in Mate.

Since Flatpak apps are sandboxed, is there a setup default for GUI options
for Flatpak apps????

Or... Can you tell me of any command-line options to tell a Flatpak app to
use a specific mouse pointer???
