That didn't help in this case.
I tried running the pull from both ~/.local/share/flatpak/repo/ and
/var/lib/flatpak/repo (as root) for all remotes listed by `ostree
remote list` for each, but they all returned 404s. E.g.:
> mjg at payens:~/.local/share/flatpak/repo$ ostree remote list
> flathub
> geary-dev
> gnome
> gnome-nightly
> mjg at payens:~/.local/share/flatpak/repo$ ostree pull flathub
> 3f97e8db7dffa626bd19b4a763b6a371698c58054877215c00bf1b1d4d00db50
>
> Receiving metadata objects: 1/(estimating) -/s 0 bytes
> error: Server returned status 404: Not Found
So that commit doesn't exist on any of the remotes I have configured?
