Can not update software: permission denied

Hi,

I am using Nextcloud client from flathub:

$ flatpak list

I can not update the KDE dependency anymore using Gnome Software, nor
using command line:

Does anyone has an idea to fix this? I would prefer not need to
uninstall Nextcloud client because the setup is quite long / difficult
for me.
