Help needed - Flatpak setup instructions

Ahh, now I understand what you mean with plugin

Seems only packagekit is supported

I didn't find anything about flatpak plugin on AUR (arch linux user
repositories) so I think it is unsupported right now. Maybe ask maintainers
of gnome-software is the best idea
