Let's go into details a bit:
- on openSUSE Leap 42.3x, flatpak 0.8.x is available in the product
(zypper in flatpak) but there is no integration in GNOME Software.
- on upcoming openSUSE Leap 15.0 (in May 2018), flatpak 0.10.x is
available and is integrated in GNOME Software.
- on openSUSE Tumbleweed, flatpak 0.10.x is available and is integrated
in GNOME Software.
