Flatpak documentation - help wanted

Hi everyone,

I recently restructured and rewrote most of the documentation that's
hosted at docs.flatpak.org [1], in line with the proposal that Michael
put together [2].

I've done my best, but I'm sure that there are some mistakes. So, if
anyone can check them over, that would be really helpful.

There's plenty more that needs doing to the docs, both to fill in
missing content that's in the proposal and to fix issues.
Contributions would be extremely welcome.
