Add fonts to Flatpak applications so that they are isolated from the system

Flatpak actually makes your host fonts read-only accessible by the
sandbox, so you can install fonts to ~/.local/share/fonts (or ~/.fonts
you're using that, but that is deprecated) and the apps will see them.
