Help needed - Flatpak setup instructions

Thanks for your help with this, everyone! I've updated the
instructions for Arch [1], Debian [2] and openSUSE [3].

We are still missing details on how to get the GNOME Software plugin for:

 * Gentoo
 * Solus
 * Alpine
 * Mageia

If we don't get instructions for these we'll maybe have to say that
graphical installation is unavailable on these distros.
