Flatpak plugin command broken for Ubuntu

The command:      sudo apt install gnome-software-plugin-flatpak
On the site:             https://flatpak.org/setup/Ubuntu/
no longer works, Could you fix it and let me know when it is fixed, or
email me the new command?
