I misunderstood. Qt 5 builds nicely using most of the pertinent lines
from the manifest for org.kde.Sdk (qt5-qtxmlpatterns is also
required), but the result is the same error. The Pyside2 configuration
just chucks out anything resembling a system include path, starting
with /app/include.
