flatpak for LinuxLite

Hi,
Is there a "flatpak" for LinuxLite?  I tried to install Inkscape.org on my
LinuxLite and is requiring to install via flatpak.   Tried to install but
gave the following error.

*mjawaid at linux-lite:~$ sudo apt install flatpak*
*[sudo] password for mjawaid: *

*Reading state information... Done*
*Package flatpak is not available, but is referred to by another package.*
