NOTICE: Migration of flathub repo and builders

Today we're moving the main flathub repo and switching the build
system infrastructure around.
During this time the buildbot will be down and will not come up until
everything is working in the new location. This may take a while.

The user facing repository of apps will also be down during the move,
but this will be a shorter time, and the CDN will hopefully make this
more or less invisible to users.
