ABI break in org.freedesktop.Platform.VAAPI.Intel//18.08 update

As the person who implemented the ABI check in Freedesktop Sdk, I do
not think your expectation was wrong. I absolutely think we should
never break the ABI, whether in the Platform itself or in its
extensions.

Unfortunately, as currently set up, the ABI checker will only look for
ABI breaks in the Platform, not in the extensions. :(

This all needs more work though…
