This is a general problem though. We tend to over-report sizes because
the complexity of how to calculate the *actual* download size. This
complexity is actually *good* as it allows us to do get very efficient
download, however the fact that we can't display the right value means
we're getting a bad reputation. I think the new CLI helps this a bit,
but that is not at all visible if you use gnome-software or some other
frontend.

I wonder if there is some very simple workaround we can do in the
frontends to make it obvious that the number shown is just a
pessimistic maximal estimate.
