Technical documentation for people using Flatpak apps

Hi all,

Do we have any or any place to put technical guides aimed at people 
using Flatpak apps?

Hub wrote up this useful blog post recently 
<https://www.figuiere.net/hub/blog/?2019/10/11/878-getting-a-stack-trace-out-of-a-flatpak>, 
and to be honest I didn't even know about flatpak-coredumpctl. I ended 
up linking to it from Geary's wiki as a resource for getting stack 
traces when Geary crashes. However it would be better to be able to 
point people at an official version of that so it can be updated as the 
process changes over time.
