flatpak fix #2997 Don't register polkit agent if we cannot connect to system bus

Hi,

i'm creating a docker image for the flatpak environment and i ran into the seg fault related to "Don't register polkit agent if we cannot connect to system bus".  I noticed a fix was merged back in July.

Any estimate on when the next flatpak release will be. I'm using 1.4.2 which doesn't have the fix.
