Problems installing Flathub on ubuntu

Hello,
I was trying to install your software on my machine and when ever I get to
the third step in your guide it gives me several warning messages and will
not proceed to install the software. I am on linux mint Ubuntu with
cinnamon interface. Is there any way to get around this issue, and what
options do I have?
