StaxRip package

Good afternoon!
   Please tell me if it is possible to turn to FlatPack to make a Linux package for an excellent video encoding program called "StaxRip".
   There is a repository on GitHub for the Windows version, but the author does not want to develop a package for Linux. The program far exceeds the capabilities of Handbrake and other similar programs.
