Please help me!
 
Flatpak doesn’t work: Unable to load summary from remote flathub: Peer failed to perform TLS handshake.
There is no search and installation via Flatpak (using the Bauh and Discover programs, through the terminal, the same thing).
On some forums it is written that the problem with the clock, but I tried all sorts of ways to configure the clock, including in the BIOS , nothing helped.
