Recent install no. Recent update to Flatpak 1.10.2 and Evolution 3.40.1. The
Evolution flatpak build pulls in all the current stable versions everytime I run
a build.

I've been using the Flatpak version of Evolution for about 2 years now, starting
with Flatpak 1.8.x ( if I remember correctly ) and have had the same problem
the whole time. However, with the latest version of Evolution 3.40.1, the
frequency has exploded.

I've asked about this once before and was basically told to either upgrade or
fall back to the distro version (which is so far behind, it is impossible).

With an additional comment from both the FlatPak and Evolution lists that it
was the others fault and a side comment that my DNS must be broken.
