v1.6 of various things keeps getting installed

Hi, I'm having an odd issue. When I run flatpak update, version 1.6 of the following offers to install:

org.freedesktop.Platform
org.freedesktop.Platform.ffmpeg
org.freedesktop.Platform.Locale

It then warns me that 1.6 is deprecated in security support and to contact the maintainer of the program.

When I run flatpak remove --unused, it removes those same things again. What's going on here? Why does it do this?
