Fedora 36, --disable-rofiles-fuse mess

Anyway, as Simon said, the flatpak-builder 1.2.2-3 package copes with 
the situation. However, this is only available for rawhide.

But the source package can be downloaded from [1] and rebuilt for F36. 
Just did that, and it seems to solve the situation until a more 
permanent fix is available.
