help: broken flatpak installation

Dear list,


I fear I have somehow broken my flatpak installation and needs help with 
how to resurrect it. As of now, starting any application gives an error 
message like "bwrap: Can't mkdir /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/GL: Read-only 
file system" (the exact directory depends on the app started).

I'm on Fedora 37, flatpak version 1.14.1, selinux disabled.

This has been somewhat discussed on Ask Fedora [1]. It turns out that 
this **might** have been caused by sloppy me accidentally running 
flatpak-builder as root.

But, running builder as root or not, any clue to what's going on and not 
least how to fix it?
