Flatpak 1.12.x, 1.10.x end-of-life

In preparation for the planned future release of a new Flatpak 1.16.x
stable branch, we are discontinuing support for the Flatpak 1.12.x and
1.10.x old-stable branches. No new versions on these branches are planned,
even if a security vulnerability is discovered.

In long-term-support distributions that include these releases (such
as Debian 11 and Ubuntu 22.04), the OS vendor should either backport
security fixes where needed or upgrade to a supported release, whichever
is consistent with their stability policy.

Flatpak 1.14.x will continue to receive security fixes if enough
maintainer/volunteer time is available, but after the release of
Flatpak 1.16.0, updating 1.14.x will become a lower priority.
