question re Flatpack and CodeShare

Hello *,

Can all Flatpack managed Software-Bundles be kept on central Code Shares?
Which Doku should i read related to my question?

I try to understand whether FlatPack acts more like a „Package Manager“ that expects to install at client
or at least draw a container from a Repo and execute on Client.
Or like „classic“ Software-Installations which may be done to central code shares as „Repo“ for execution on all clients.
