Bug Number of Opend App Device Attachment?

What's the current bug number (if any) regarding flatpak apps being unable to
see devices attached after the app is already open? I dug around the open
issues but haven't been able to find the one related to this particular issue.

To put another way, if a device is attached and then the flatpak app is open,
the app can see it no problem but if the app is already open it doesn't seem
to detect the new device attached. Not 100% sure this is an issue on the
flatpak side but I've had a few different apps have this issue which work
fine outside of flatpak so figured I'd start here.
