X Window System error on Trisquel (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS)

It's a bug in Mesa: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/12628

GTK 4.18 switched to use Vulkan on X11. You can disable it with:

  flatpak run --env=GDK_DISABLE=vulkan org.gnome.Builder
