fix chinese patch

OK,this is the patch.
1. Remove ZYSong18030 from serif because there are two.
2. Droid Sans Fallback,main for Chinsese,and have remove the Korean Hangul.I
have remove this line,as you like.
3. <family>AR PL ShanHeiSun Uni</family> <!--han (ja,zh-cn,zh-tw) -->
This font is Song Ti,Serif. Not SS.
4. This bug related to all CJK users.Not only Chinese.I only care about
Chinese.
Maybe you should not.
