I am re-assigning this bug report to fontconfig.

Dear fontconfig-devs,

now that a proper fix for the missing ligature glyphs in Tex Gyre Termes has
made it into poppler [0,1], could you please revert the commit [2] to
fontconfig that disabled Termes as a metric alias for Times?
