That might be useful if someone wants to have different behavior in the
configuration against current desktop session.

The usecase is e.g. the default hinting in GNOME is hintslight and KDE seems
hintmedium. one may wants to have different default hinting for non
native-desktop applications among desktops.

the desktopname object may be compared to $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP.
