Thanks.  I'm specifically talking about SFNSDisplay.ttf causing invalid cache
creation with 2.11.0 (and up to last'ish release).  Would be nice to track down
what was causing it.  I believe that might be what others are hitting as well. 
I don't think it's just the race...
