So, i tried running fc-cache twice, and if the first run produces a .uuid A,
and a cache B, then the second run produces a .uuid C and a cache A. So, it
seems like it does the entire cache generation and .uuid generation, but then
it overwrites the .uuid files that it just wrote with new ones?
