the binary should be provided per releases because of the sort of this. hm,
does ac_cv_func_mkostemp=no works? what if your SDK got rid of mkstemp and so
on then? that's why we check them at the build time. this sort of issue has to
be addressed by the build time but not the runtime. this isn't our issue.
