[Fontconfig] fontconfig bugs in CJK strings..

[=?EUC-KR?B?waTFwr+1?=]

Xft/Fontconfig has problems in rendering CJK bold strings..
Bold and normal strings have same shape..

I apply that patch to fontconfig-2.2.1 xft-2.0.1 and in XFree-4.3.0
It works greatly..

I'd like to see a next distribution applied the patches.
