[Fontconfig] sgmlspl ?

Hello evry one here :-)
I try to compile fontconfig CVS of today 2003-12-22 13:03 .
and i encounter an error :
I'm using Slackware 9.1 
And i try to compile Koffice but it seems to need fontconfig 
(at least Karbon needs it)
What should i dot ? if a make a quick search about sgmlspl on google , i cannot find any clear way to install it properly .
