[Fontconfig] Building fcpackage

I was not able to build the fcpackage 2.0 nor 2.1 package. I got either
compilation or linking errors. I use SuSE Linux 7.2. It seems there are problems
with the different versions of FreeType library. I tried Freetpye 2.01 and
Freetype 2.13. Could you tell me what to do?
