[Fontconfig] aliasing charter,helvetica,fixed etc to ttf-freefont fonts

Normally fontconfig is configured to do this aliasing automatically, and
it works with GTK-based applications. But there is, at least in Debian,
a problem with Qt and these aliases. You can have a look at
http://bugs.debian.org/209378 where this issue is discussed among other
things.
