[Fontconfig] Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file

Hi Phillipe,
I had the same problem, and it seemed to go away if I configured
fontconfig BOTH with --disable-docs AND --with-confdir

% ./configure --prefix=/usr --with-confdir=/etc/fonts --disable-docs
