[Fontconfig] Released: Fontconfig 2.2.97

Fontconfig 2.2.97 is ready for your testing pleasure.  This represents the 
seventh release along the fontconfig 2.3 development path, and (finally) 
incorporates all of the functionality originally proposed for the 2.3 
release.

Files are available in the http://fontconfig.org/release directory, 
md5sums are as shown:

Along with multi-lingual font names and <selectfont>, I went through the 
bugs in bugzilla and fixed everything that I could.

Please give this a try and see what problems you find; I'd like to wrap up 
the 2.3 release by the new year if possible.
