[Fontconfig] simple question?

Toss "#include <ft2build.h>" in /src/fcint.h at line 39. It should build 
fine after that.

If it doesn't then you'll need to compile the version that's currently in 
CVS, which seems to have a problem with autogen.sh. I'm waiting for help 
on that one myself. ;)
