[Fontconfig] setting default font size, antialias desactivate dont work

as you may see in attached config file, antialiasing is desactivated.... 
but most application are antialiased...... ?!?!
how can I set default font size for my GTK2.2.4 applications? having 
menus that are 100000 pixel wide isn't good point for me....
