[Fontconfig] xft failed to build

I installed freetype 2.1.8, then fontconfig 2.2.2.
Everything was ok

but xft is always complaning and exit with error code
2 when building.

The error seems to be with freetype, so I uninstall it
and retry with another version, but I still get the
error.
