[Fontconfig] compilate warning

Here's is the compiler output:

c:\src\fontconfig-2.3.1.tar\fontconfig-2.3.1\src\fccharset.c(957) : warning
C4018: '<' : signed/unsigned mismatch
Error executing cl.exe.

The warning level is set to 3, which is the default level.

Thank you,

I imagine it would be useful to include the information of *what*
compilation warning is being fixed. What does the compiler say?

It is not particularly obvious why a cast would be needed where you
added one.
