[Fontconfig] Is everybody happy with fontconfig 2.2.98?

Although I have a motto of releasing no software before its time, I figure 
it really is time for fontconfig 2.3 to ship and wanted to see if anyone 
is having trouble with the last development version (2.2.98).

Unless someone files a bug in the next day or so, I'm gonna just tag the 
tree and ship the bits as fontconfig 2.3.
