[Fontconfig] Re: [patch]: mmapping FontConfig data structures

I've incorporated TMPDIR.  ~/.fonts.conf and ~/.fonts seem to be defined
in the global fonts.conf file, not hardcoded, so I've avoided that for
now.  The new patch is at
