Fontconfig 2.3.91

Use atomic locks to protect cache files (reported by Lubos Lunak); fix
bugs in multi-architecture cache files; eliminate casts; allocate room
for subdirectory names (reported by James Cloos). Use libxml2 if
requested or if expat not available.
