[Fontconfig] update wiki frontpage

Please update the http://fontconfig.org/wiki/ webpage so it says where the 
Xft library is available (fix spelling too) from and point to correct URL, 
like:

The Xft library is availble from the X.org project at freedesktop.org. 
[WWW]Released Software. http://xorg.freedesktop.org/releases/individual/lib/

If that is not true, then point to it.
