Fedora Core 6 - I've encountered what seems to be a bug when the base35 fonts from Adobe are installed - particularly with Helvetica and Helvetica-narrow. I reported it at fedora bugzilla - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=226973
