[Fontconfig] Fontconfig..

Hi,

   I am sorry, i don't know the solution.  But i am very interested to
know what is purpose of this fontconfig.  What is the use of this is
fonts.  Even, my job is also cross-compiling softwares for my ARM-based
PXA255 board.  Gonna give any suggestions??
